By instructing web-design-rentals.co.uk to complete the registration process, you are stating that you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
- The domain name, graphic design and technical code that has been used in the production of customer's website remains the property of web-design-rentals.co.uk unless otherwise agreed the customer.
- Rent is payable monthly in advance, with the initial payment due on signing up and on the same day of each month thereafter. If the initial payment falls on the 31st, we eventually adjust the billing cycle to the 1st of the month. If the initial payment falls on the 29th or 30th, we adjust the billing cycle to the 1st of the month on the following February. Failure to make payment will result in the removal of the website
- The customer agrees to make available as soon as possible to web-design-rentals.co.uk all materials required to complete the site to the agreed standard and within the set deadline.
- On cancellation the website will remain accessible until the subscription for the current month ends. If cancellation is submitted on the day that a recurring payment is due but before payment is sent, the subscription is cancelled immediately and no payments are made.
- web-design-rentals.co.uk will not use or sell to 3rd party companies our customers private information.
- web-design-rentals.co.uk cannot take any responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the client. We reserve the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature unless adequate proof is given of permission to use such material.
- web-design-rentals.co.uk do not accept responsibility for the archiving of individual customers completed and live websites. This includes all website production materials such as text, graphics, logos photographs or videos that are used in the production of customers websites.
- web-design-rentals.co.uk reserve the right to make changes to the rental pricing structure at their discretion.
- web-design-rentals.co.uk reserves the right to review a customer’s eligibility for the rental package at any time without to prior notice.
- web-design-rentals.co.uk reserves the right to refuse to construct a website that we may judge as unfit due to content or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited by, sites containing adult oriented material such as pornography, sites which promote hatred towards persons belonging to any ethnic group, religion or sexual orientation and sites which infringe copyright or are contrary to UK laws.
